Fermented with top fermentation ale yeast. Lightly hopped and roasted malt delivers darker colour. Fruity ale aroma blends well with the subtle hoppiness and toasty caramel notes to deliver a unique beer. Great with char grilled meat, beef stroganoff, pot roasts, game and flavoursome cheeses.
